You receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access course content for personal learning. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing of course materials is prohibited unless we explicitly authorize it in writing.
- Access may be limited by account, device, or reasonable anti-abuse controls.
- We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations or suspected misuse.
- All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Lightgate.
Acceptable use
Don’t attempt to disrupt the service, share unauthorized content, or violate intellectual property rights. You agree to use the platform lawfully and not to interfere with other users.
- No scraping, automated extraction, credential stuffing, or circumvention of access controls.
- No harassment, hateful content, or unlawful activity using our services.
- No uploading content that you do not have the rights to share.
Payments & refunds
All prices are listed in USD. We provide a 14-day refund if the course doesn’t meet your expectations, provided the request is submitted within 14 days of purchase and complies with any eligibility conditions displayed at checkout.
- Taxes and fees (if applicable) may be added at checkout.
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method where possible.
- Chargebacks may result in immediate account limitation while we investigate.
Liability
Our service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
- We don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in advance. Continued use of the services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
